Travel period April 1st until June 14th --> 630,- Euro per week
Travel period June 15th until Sept. 7th --> 700,- Euro per week
Travel period Sept. 8th until Oct. 30th --> 630,- Euro per week
Travel period Nov. 1st until March 31th --> 350,- Euro per month

All rates include electricity. Excluded is a one-time cleaning charge of 50,- Euros.

Internet / W-LAN is available in both houses.

For 30,- Euros, we offer an intermediate cleaning.

Minimum stay is one week. Upon arrival we ask for a deposit of 300,- Euros. Upon agreement also an off-season stay can be arranged.
