| Built in 2004, the villa features the typical local style, including a flat roof and crenellated architecture. The villa is divided into two separate halves and thus offers the choice of two individual apartments. Each apartment stretches across two floors, and with a square footage of 1076 (110qm) offers any comfort you could wish for. Their modern, customized furnishing imparts both apartments with a tasteful, personal atmosphere. Each unit is fitted with modern kitchens, and contains all appliances you require for the entertainment, and catering of up to six persons. |

The villa is located on a south-western slope within a small, very green residential area. From the balcony you enjoy the unspoilt view across the sea and to the island of Kos.
The Dolmus (local type of collective taxi) stops at the main road, and takes you over Akyarlar (2 km/1.2 mi), or Turgut Reis (8 km/5 mi), to Bodrum (18 km/11 mi). Since not only tourists, but also locals enjoy this cheap way of travel, a ride with the Dolmus is always an experience. |
